Neon Genesis Evangelion is the story about human kind attempting to be god, then again its a story about a boy piloting a big robot and stopping a bunch of weird monsters from destroying the human race, or maybe its about a girl with a bad attitude and a humongous ego the size of her own EVA? Actually, it's all three. Because of man's attempt at playing god and creating god through cloning and development, angels have come and tried do destroy man, and 14 year Shinji Ikari must stop them through a humanoid fighting machine called EVANGELION (EVA for short). The series spans 14 videos and 27 episodes (one of the episodes is a lost episode in tape 0:0 In The Beginning!) There are also two movies for evangelion, The End of Evangelion and Evangelion Death and Rebirth (Air and My Purest Heart For You in Japan) .
